ADA has fought for many years for Congress to close the tax loopholes. Under the leadership of ADA counsel Jack Blum, ADA general counsel, our argument can be seen and heard from the New York Times to the Senate Finance Committee. Finally, we have an administration that is listening to us! President Obama announced today a series of measures to shut down offshore tax havens and end other provisions that have helped thousands escape paying taxes. ADA continues to push for stronger regulations, better laws and the closing of loopholes. It's time for the tax dodgers to pay up!
