ADA Updates
Warning the country is “at risk” from “dangerous” right-wing extremism, “Super Committee” member and former presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry (D-MA), speaking at a recent Americans for Democratic Action banquet, said of the current field of GOP White House hopefuls: “It’s absolutely stunning that any of them are legitimate candidates for president of the United States.” Kerry’s remarks are part of a full report on the ADA awards banquet—which honored House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi and two other liberal luminaries—found in the latest issue of ADA Today, the organization’s quarterly publication of news and opinion, published today and available here.
